Project LEAP @ Damien Ministries supports transgender job seekers and those who identify their presentation or gender identity as gender non-conforming to access pre-employment training and to overcome barriers to economic opportunity through one-on-one job coaching and other supportive services.

Project LEAP We Thrive supports men of color at all stages of their career and workforce journey. Whether entering the workforce for the first time or returning after a period of unemployment or independent entrepreneurship; we offer job seekers who are men of color a safe space to discuss the challenges of finding and keeping consistent employment and support them on their journey into a thriving vocation.

Project LEAP Job Start

Project LEAP Job Start supports early career job seekers entering the workforce through group and one-on-one job coaching and mentorship. Job seekers receive support to prepare a resume, create online employment profiles and practice for interviews. Job seekers are also connected with industry mentors within their vocational area of interest.
